The customer reward scheme offers you storewide* discounts of 5-10% depending on how much you spend.
(Note * The exceptions are Accutrend blood chemistry testing equipment and Skinfold Calipers.)
The customer rewards scheme is only available to customers who are based in the United Kingdom, product will only be shipped to UK addresses. In addition it is also essential that UK based customers provide complete personal details including a complete postal address with postcode and contact telephone number to ensure eligibility to membership of the rewards scheme.
The
way it works is simple - if you spend £100 or more you are eligible for
access to our Gold Customer group with 5% discount, and if you spend
£500 or more you are eligible for access to our Platinum Customer group
with 10% discount.
You don't have to spend either amount in one
go to be eligible for these discounts. For example, if you spend £74.99
on one visit, come back a few weeks later and spend £89.99, you're
eligible for Gold Customer discounts. Similarly, if you then spend
£348.99 in another order, this would make you eligible for the Platinum
Customer discount.
It's worth noting that the order which takes
you over one of the spending thresholds also gets discounted, so in the
first example above, the second order for £89.99 is discounted by 5%.
So if you had spent £100 or more on your first order, we would have
given you 5% off that order as well as future orders!
Changing Groups
When
you are placing an order that potentially puts you into one of these
customer groups, the Gold or Platinum information box will be visible
at the top of the page with further information.
To complete your order, you must proceed to the checkout as normal. The prices at this stage
will not have any discount applied to them. The discount itself is applied automatically after the order is placed. Since we only charge your credit/debit card
manually once an order has been placed, you will only be charged for the discounted amount.
Once
your order has been placed we will check it over and, once we have
processed it, you will receive an updated order status showing the
correct order total as well as an email welcoming you to the new
customer group.
A correctly discounted invoice will be shipped
along with your goods, and you can view full order details by logging
into your account and clicking on
View Order Status.
Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to this reward scheme:
- The discount thresholds are calculated based on your expenditure over the past year from the date of your latest order excluding VAT.
- Gift vouchers cannot be discounted as they are essentially currency
- We
reserve the right to exclude any product or category from the discount
scheme and, whilst we cannot guarantee it, we will make every effort to
indicate such products or categories accordingly
- To maintain
your discounted status for a further year, you must make one purchase
within 365 days of the order which adds you to either customer group -
we will send a reminder via email 30 days before your discount runs out
- We
reserve the right to change these terms and conditions, revoke
individual customer discounts or remove the customer reward scheme at
any time without notice
