The Timex Global Trainer display real time data at each LAP/SPLIT button press. The REVIEW mode once the workout has finished, display a comprehensive set of performance feedback data. Once you are back at a computer you will also be able to upload all your training session and view statistics, graphs and mapping of your session on Training Peaks, accessed via www.FitnessDAILY.co.uk
Press START/SPLIT when the chronograph is running to take a lap or split. Up to three displays will appear in sequence.
NOTE: While the lap data is being displayed, the chronograph (stopwatch) has begun timing the next lap.
• The first display shows the lap number, lap time, split time, and distance.
• The second display shows the lap number, average heart rate, average pace, and average speed for the lap.
• The third display shows the average cadence and power values from the bike sensors.
NOTE: If sensors are not connected to the Global Trainer™ Bodylink® System watch, their corresponding data is not shown.
