Featuring flat pastic rungs in high visibility yellow, which have the added benefit of being fully adjustable for different training needs. The rungs have been specially designed to prevent injury even if stepped on and locking clips allows two ladders to be joined together for extended drills (double ladder length, right angles, squares, T-shapes, etc).

 The 9m ladder is particularly useful in developing the rapid foot-to-ground contact so essential in direction change sports. Applications include:-

• Starting acceleration (narrow to wide progression with adjustable rungs)

The ladder length enables users to control how many foot strikes they take by utilising the adjustable rung feature, from a maximum of 9 evenly placed foot strikes to 1 or 2 large strides/bounds/jumps/hops. This versatility provides many variations and game relevant footwork patterns, with further detailed replication of sports specific movement traits accesible by using the convenient clip system (forked positive and blank negative at respective ends of the ladder), to join together one to four more ladders to create:-

• A double ladder length of 13 to 18m (depending upon ladder lengths combined), reinforcing technique maintenance and/or multi-drills
• T-Shaped defensive entry point with offensive acceleration exit route
• W-Shaped offensive:defensive patterns
