The Timex Target Trainer 100 Lap Heart Rate Monitor is a feature packed training monitor which combines accuracy and ease of use to provide users with a fully functional heart rate monitor and sports watch. This 100 lap heart rate monitor uniquely offers GPS speed & distance features when combined with the Timex TIMEX 3D GPS sensor T5F891

The use of digital transmission removes the risk of interference from other devices which makes this the ideal monitor for regular gym users. The Target Trainer accurately calculates heart rate and offers four interval timers, five preset workouts and three customisable heart rate zones.

In addition, the Target Trainer includes a 100-hour chronograph and 100-lap memory recall and the 3-line display and INDIGLO® night-light with NIGHT-MODE® feature ensure easy reading in all conditions.

The Target Trainer can be paired with the Timex Data Recorder, allowing training data to be downloaded to a PC, and used with the Timex 3D GPS Speed and Distance Sensor to enable the recording of altitude, speed and distance data.
